So the past few days have been good, and I have been getting along as fine as a college student can manage. Food is surprisingly good, and midterms are as hard as ever. So to alleviate the stress of the events unfolding around me, I have taken to praying a lot for ways to get by. Lo and Behold, God heard and supplied. One pastime was a play introduced to me by a close friend. She recommended this play as well as the whole series of books. the play is called "Anne and Gilbert," only shows on Prince Edward's Island in I believe Canada, is based off the series Anne of Green Gables, and has some incredibly powerful music. I have thoroughly been enjoying listening to the music and highly recommend that the 3.2 people who read this blog also.
As for the origami scottie mentioned in the title, that is the other pastime opened to me: Origami. Its fun and all, especially when making complex origami structures, like a Scottish terrier. What isn't so fun is figuring out complex instructions when they are either in German, Dutch, or some other language I do not know in the slightest. I managed, but dang does language make things more complicated. Why did we have to try building the Tower of Babel? We could have had it sooooo much easier if we just stayed put and asked to build it first.
Anyway, I managed with the dog, and also made a dolphin! Soon I will be attempting to make a dragon and one of the horsemen of the apocalypse (I think death). Go big or go home right?
You should make a walrus because walrus.
